Job summary

The ESP Group is seeking a Learning and Development Associate to join our contact centre team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will become a subject matter expert in learning, development and quality assurance, collaborating with Operations and Compliance to design, deliver and evaluate training programs.

We offer extensive training, a dynamic team and opportunities for career progression, with flexible working patterns across 7 days between 7am and 10pm to support work-life balance.
