Job summary

The ESP Group in Arbroath is seeking a Learning and Development Associate to join the contact centre team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will bring excellent communication and administration skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

As part of our Support team you will design, deliver and evaluate training and continuous development programmes, collaborating with Operations and Compliance to meet business objectives, while creating a positive, inclusive learning

The ESP Group are currently recruiting for a Learning and Development Associate to join our contact centre team in Arbroath on a full time, permanent basis.

At The ESP Group, you will be a part of a dynamic, fast paced, talented and growing team responsible for delivering bespoke customer experience across a variety of communication channels.

As a Learning & Development Associate you will be a subject matter expert in all fields of learning, development and quality assurance. As part of our highly skilled Support team, you will collaborate with Operations and Compliance teams to deliver into business objectives including design, delivery and evaluation of training and continuous development programmes.

Often being the first interaction new team members or partners have with our business, the right person for this role must be enthusiastic, positive, engaging and supportive, with a genuine desire to develop people and collaborate across disciplines to create strong partnerships and promote a positive learning environment for all.

We recognise the importance of a work-life balance so offer flexible working patterns across 7 days between the hours of 7am and 10pm.
