You will design and deliver engaging training programmes across warehouse and office functions, support employee development, and ensure colleagues have the skills to perform at their best.

Qualifications

• CAA Approved AVSEC Instructor (CIN) certification.
• Relevant Education and Training qualifications.
• Excellent training, coaching and presentation skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience designing and delivering learning and development programmes.
• The ability to identify training needs and recommend effective solutions.
• A proactive approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
• The confidence to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
