Lloyd Recruitment Services is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term contract to develop customer-facing colleagues and support a culture of continuous learning.

You will design and deliver training, coach teams, and work with operational leaders to identify development needs and drive performance improvements. This role offers hybrid working after induction and chances to shape learning strategy across the organisation.

Competenze

• Experience in regulated financial services is advantageous.
• Experience delivering training in FCA-regulated environments is preferred.

Learning & Development Specialist 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

About the Opportunity:

We're pleased to be supporting a long-term client in their search for an experienced Learning & Development professional. Joining a well-established organisation, you'll play a key role in developing customer facing colleagues and supporting a culture of continuous learning.

Working as part of a collaborative People team, you'll design and deliver training, provide coaching and work closely with operational leaders to identify development needs and improve performance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering engaging training and induction programmes.
• Designing practical learning materials and resources.
• Providing coaching and support to individuals and teams.
• Identifying learning needs and recommending development solutions.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of training and using insight to drive improvements.
• Supporting a culture of continuous learning and development.

About You

• Experience within regulated financial services, lending or contact centre environments would be advantageous.
• Previous experience delivering training within an FCA-regulated environment.
• Comfortable working with a range of stakeholders and building effective working relationships.
• A confident facilitator who enjoys helping people develop and perform at their best.
• An understanding of how learning and development can support both colleague performance and customer outcomes.
