Learning & Development Specialist | 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

About the Opportunity: We're pleased to be supporting a long-term client in their search for an experienced Learning & Development professional. Joining a well-established organisation, you'll play a key role in developing customer facing colleagues and supporting a culture of continuous learning. Working as part of a collaborative People team, you'll design and deliver training, provide coaching and work closely with operational leaders to identify development needs and improve performance.

• An understanding of how learning and development can support both colleague performance and customer outcomes.
