Job summary

Luton Council is seeking a collaborative Project Lead to design, deliver and evaluate learning and behavioural change initiatives across the council. • Experience designing and delivering learning interventions, evaluating impact and managing complex projects.
• Commitment to equality, inclusion and continuous professional development (CPD) is essential.
• Degree or equivalent qualification/experience in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Immersive Experience Design or Digital Learning.
