Reassured, Southampton, is seeking a Learning & Development Partner to influence performance and capability across the business. The role blends hands-on training with strategic business partnering, working with site leaders to strengthen coaching and leadership development.

You’ll design and deliver training, coach managers, create engaging materials, and help identify learning priorities. This is a site-based role with travel as required, offering a starting salary of £43,000 and a clear path

This is an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on training delivery with genuine business partnering. You'll work closely with site leaders and managers to improve capability, develop future leaders, strengthen coaching practices and support colleagues throughout their learning journey. Whilst induction and onboarding remain a key part of the role, you'll also play an important role in helping us build a culture where learning drives performance and business success.
