Job summary

Reassured, based in Basingstoke/Southampton, is seeking a Learning & Development Partner to blend hands-on training delivery with strategic business partnering. You'll work with site leaders to improve capability, develop future leaders and strengthen coaching practices.

The role covers onboarding through probation, creation of engaging training content, and ensuring regulatory training is delivered accurately. Join a growing, award-winning company and help shape learning that drives performance.

• Outstanding communication, coaching and facilitation skills.
• Experience delivering engaging training programmes within a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

• Proven ability to create engaging learning content using a range of delivery methods.
• A proactive approach with the confidence to challenge, influence and support leaders.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide colleagues from onboarding through probation and beyond.
• Design and deliver sales, soft skills, leadership and development training.
• Coach employees and managers to improve capability and performance.
• Create and maintain engaging training materials and learning resources.
• Partner with managers to identify capability gaps and learning priorities.
• Support leadership development, talent growth and succession planning initiatives.
• Monitor learning effectiveness and measure the impact of development activity.
• Ensure FCA regulatory training requirements are delivered accurately.
• Manage learning records and support the effective use of our learning management systems.

This is an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on training delivery with genuine business partnering. You'll work closely with site leaders and managers to improve capability, develop future leaders, strengthen coaching practices and support colleagues throughout their learning journey.

Whilst induction and onboarding remain a key part of the role, you'll also play an important role in helping us build a culture where learning drives performance and business success.

Key Responsibilities:
