Job summary

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to join our Inverness team. This role focuses on partnering with stakeholders to ensure our workforce is trained to the highest standard of social care practice, and on designing, delivering and coordinating a range of learning and development interventions.

You will be a confident facilitator, driving continuous improvement and evaluating learning activity while helping colleagues achieve clear learning outcomes

Qualifications

  • Adaptable training and facilitation in classroom and virtual settings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • High level of digital proficiency with MS Office.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to prepare and present reports including data analysis.
  • UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Design, deliver and coordinate a range of learning and development interventions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure our workforce is trained to the highest standard of social care practice.
  • Coordinate and evaluate learning and development activity across the organisation.
  • Help learners achieve learning outcomes and develop the knowledge and skills they need to provide high-quality support.
