Job summary

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland invites applications for a Team Leader role in Inverness. This is a full-time (37.5hrs per week), permanent position leading a multidisciplinary team and delivering high standards of care and practice. A driving licence is desirable but not required.

You will lead service operations, develop personalised support plans and ensure inclusive, respectful care while promoting continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications

  • SVQ Level 3 in Care (or willingness to achieve it).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in social care, including supporting individuals with complex needs and behaviours of concern.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day running of the service, including rotas, records and quality standards.
  • Supervise, mentor and coach staff to deliver exceptional support.
  • Develop and review personalised support plans.
  • Work directly on shift to build strong relationships with the people you support.

We’re looking for a compassionate and proactive individual to join our servicein Invernessas aTeam Leader,on afull-time (37.5hrs per week), permanent basis. Please note that while a driving licence is not a requiement for this role, it is desirable. As a Team Leader, you’ll provide first-line leadership to a dedicated multidisciplinary team of support staff, ensuring exceptional standards of care and practice. You’ll take an active role in shaping the quality of support provided, leading by example and creating a culture of respect, learning and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring

  • Working knowledge of budgets and targets.
  • Strong communication, planning and motivational skills.
  • SVQ Level 3 in Care (or willingness to achieve it).
