The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to join our Inverness team. This role focuses on partnering with stakeholders to ensure our workforce is trained to the highest standard of social care practice, and on designing, delivering and coordinating a range of learning and development interventions.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, proactive Learning and Development professional to join our team in Inverness, on a full time (35hours per week), permanent basis.
As the Learning and Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for business partnering with stakeholders to ensure our workforce is trained to the highest standard of social care practice.
You will contribute towards the supporting the organisation in meeting its strategic aims. This will be achieved through the design, delivery and co-ordination of a range of learning and development interventions.
You’ll be a confident communicator and skilled facilitator who enjoys creating engaging training that gets people involved. You’ll help learners achieve their learning outcomes and develop the knowledge and skills they need to provide high-quality support.
Alongside delivering training, you’ll help coordinate and evaluate our learning and development activity, working with colleagues across the organisation to understand their needs and make sure our learning opportunities are relevant, effective and support our services.
The Richmond Fellowship Scotland provides personalised and outcome-focused support to over 2800 individuals in their own homes across Scotland, making us the country's largest provider of social care. We support individuals with a variety of different needs such as physical and/or learning disabilities, ongoing mental health issues, alcohol or substance abuse and autism. Some of the people we support can present challenging behaviour or require a high level of personal care.
