Job summary

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland in Inverness is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Coordinator to design, deliver and coordinate a range of learning and development interventions for our social care teams.

You will partner with stakeholders across the organisation, facilitate engaging sessions in classroom and virtual formats, monitor impact through reports, and support ongoing professional development with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Adaptable training and facilitation skills in the classroom and virtually.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• A high level of digital proficiency and MS Office experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Commitment to quality, promoting high standards and continuous improvement.
• Ability to prepare and present reports and written communications including data analysis.
• UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
