Job summary

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is hiring an experienced Learning and Development Coordinator in Inverness for a full-time (35 hours) permanent position. You will partner with stakeholders to ensure staff receive high-quality social care training, and you will design, deliver and coordinate learning interventions to support strategic aims.

Qualifications

• Adaptable training and facilitation skills in classroom and virtual settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong digital proficiency including MS Office.
• Interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.
• Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
• Ability to prepare and present reports including data analysis.
• UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities
