Job summary

Greater Manchester Pension Fund (GMPF) is seeking a Learning and Development Officer in Droylsden. The role focuses on designing and delivering learning initiatives to build workforce capability, with 36 hours a week and a permanent contract.

You will support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development, contribute to process improvements, collaborate with your team and grow within a culture of reliability and continuous improvement; a hybrid working arrangement and LGPS benefits are provided.
