Job summary

Grantley Hall Group Limited seeks a Learning & Development Manager to lead the learning, development and talent agenda across Grantley Hall. The role shapes the Grantley Academy strategy, aligning learning initiatives with business objectives and driving service excellence.

As a key People Team member, you will champion continuous learning, support succession, and collaborate with leaders to ensure Grantley Hall remains an employer of choice in luxury hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Learning & Development or related roles.
• Experience within a luxury hotel, luxury resort, premium customer service environment.
• Proven experience designing and delivering leadership development programmes.
• Experience creating and implementing learning strategies that support business objectives.
• Demonstrable coaching and facilitation experience.
• Experience working with external training providers and apprenticeship partners.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Human Resources to develop and deliver the Learning & Development strategy.
• Lead the ongoing development and implementation of the Grantley Academy learning proposition.
• Create a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the business.
• Identify current and future capability requirements to support growth and operational excellence.
• Design, facilitate and enhance Leadership and Management Development programmes.
• Coach and support managers to build leadership capability and improve team performance.
