Job summary

Claridge’s, part of Maybourne Hotel Group, seeks an experienced Assistant Director of Learning & Development to join its Human Resources team. You will lead talent development, design and deliver training, and partner with department heads to enhance service excellence.

The role focuses on nurturing an inclusive learning culture, championing wellbeing, and representing Claridge's in external partnerships with schools and colleges to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Facilitate learning and development programmes across Claridge’s and Maybourne.
• Deliver training programmes and monitor effectiveness.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and development at the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning and development programmes within Claridge’s and across the Maybourne.
• Training and programme delivery.
• Promote learning and development at Claridge’s internally and externally, on and off the job and for employees within the Hotel.
• Represent Claridge's externally through school/college partnerships for early careers.
• Lead design and delivery of training programmes and department specific training initiatives.
• Create impactful short training sessions within departments.
