Job summary

Montu UK is seeking an experienced Learning and Development lead to shape how our clinical teams learn, develop and perform as we grow. You will own the learning experience across clinical teams, turning complex standards into accessible learning and building practical development programmes.

You will partner with clinical SMEs, operational leaders and the People team to deliver onboarding, learning paths and coaching that embeds capability and patient safety into everyday practice.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Learning & Development within regulated or clinical settings.
• Ability to turn regulatory standards into practical learning.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching and communication skills.
• Experience designing onboarding, development pathways and competency frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management across clinical and People teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the learning and development plan for clinical teams, aligning with business priorities.
• Design onboarding, inductions and ongoing development programmes.
• Create learning pathways from onboarding to career progression.
• Develop workshops, digital learning and resources for diverse clinical audiences.
• Conduct needs analyses and capability assessments to set development priorities.
• Deliver workshops, virtual sessions and coaching as needed.
• Support mandatory training and CPD requirements.
