Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is looking for a Learning & Development Intern to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of activities in Oxfordshire. You will support training delivery, coordinate learning initiatives, and contribute to Corporate Social Responsibility projects.

The role is suitable for an undergraduate student undertaking a 12-month industrial placement or sandwich year, with an interest in HR and developing people. Eligibility to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• You must be an undergraduate student completing a 12-month industrial placement or sandwich year.
• Interest in Learning & Development, HR or developing people.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised with attention to detail and ability to manage tasks.
• Comfortable using IT and working with data.
• Proactive, team-focused and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Learning & Development projects and initiatives across the business.
• Help develop and coordinate Early Careers activities at Magnet Technology.
• Contribute to key new factory projects, including ‘Multi Site Operation’ and ‘Future Vision’.
• Coordinate and record internal training activities, including new starter inductions, and act as a central point of contact for our internal training programmes.
• Support Corporate Social Responsibility activities and take ownership of initiatives and events.
• Help create and coordinate effective internal communications across the business.
