A healthcare organization in Slough is seeking a Learning and Development Facilitator. This role involves managing and reporting on employee development aligned with strategic goals. Candidates should possess a Professional Nurse qualification and at least five years of nursing experience in a hospital setting. A strong background in adult learning principles and instructional design is essential. The position is full-time, permanent, and requires on-site presence.
The Learning and development Facilitator ensures competence within the legislative environment and Mediclinic Southern Africa strategy as aligned with the HR Service Delivery Model. The facilitator manages and reports on employee development, including student learning, in a structured manner.
