Express Solicitors in Manchester is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for HR-led learning and development activities. You will coordinate LMS, appraisal cycles, trainees and professional qualification routes, while maintaining records and delivering a responsive service to employees.

Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for HR-led learning and development activity. The role will coordinate systems, records, communications and processes supporting our Learning Management System, appraisal cycle, trainees, apprentices and professional qualification routes. This HR-focused role works closely with the HR and Training teams and is not responsible for designing or delivering training programmes. The successful candidate will be a proactive administrator who can manage processes, maintain accurate records and provide a responsive service to employees.
Person Specification: GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above, or equivalent. Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders. High accuracy and attention to detail when maintaining records and documentation. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Experience producing reports, maintaining trackers and working with data. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach. Proactive, self-motivated and able to take ownership of routine processes. Able to identify escalation points and handle confidential information appropriately. Flexible, resilient and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in Learning & Development, HR, training administration, apprenticeships or professional qualifications is desirable. Experience using an LMS and working in a regulated or professional services environment is desirable. Knowledge of legal qualification routes, including LPC, SQE, CILEX, Bar or Costs pathways, is advantageous.

Salary & Hours: Salary of £15 per hour, depending on experience. Our standard working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday-Thursday and 8:30am to 5pm Friday but will consider alternative working hours and pattern.
