Job summary

Bath and North East Somerset Council is seeking a Learning and Development Apprentice to support a range of learning activities, coaching and digital skills delivery. You will spend one day a week on the apprenticeship and work with an apprenticeship coordinator and college assessor.

You will need Level 2 Maths and English and will progress to a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship over two years, with flexible locations including home working.

Qualifications

• Willing to complete a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.
• Experience using IT packages to produce emails, letters and slides.
• Ability to record information accurately and analyse data.
• Maintain confidentiality in line with policies.

Responsibilities

• Support a range of learning and development activities.
• Assist with coaching, mentoring and digital skills initiatives.
• Create and maintain eLearning content and PowerPoint slides.
• Record and organise data and learning records in the LMS.
• Coordinate resources and arrange meetings/events.
• Support staff engagement and management development activities.
