This is an on-site role, and that’s important to us.
You’ll be working alongside the people delivering our education, care and health services – understanding what they need, responding to real challenges and creating learning that makes a difference in practice.
One day you might be delivering an engaging induction session to new starters. The next, you could be working with a manager to identify a learning need, reviewing compliance, developing new training content or facilitating a practical workshop.
It’s varied. It’s people-focused. And you won’t be stuck doing the same thing every day.
