Exemplar Health Care in Sheffield is seeking an Academy Coordinator to support the day-to-day management and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS). You will produce accurate documentation, reports and statistics to inform business decisions and help the organisation grow.

A key part of the role is booking and managing training events with internal and external providers, coordinating invites, room bookings and attendance records.

Formación

• Experience in an administration-focused role.
• Knowledge of LMS and learning management systems.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Academy with day-to-day LMS management and digital training.
• Produce accurate documentation, reports and statistics as required.
• Book and manage internal and external training, including invites, rooms and attendance.
• Coordinate with Home Managers and Academy Team to share training opportunities.
