Stonegate Group is seeking a proactive Learning Co-ordinator to support the Academy in Birmingham. You will coordinate logistics for learning & development activities, ensuring a welcoming, safe and efficient Academy experience for colleagues and guests.

You will work closely with the L&D team, stakeholders and external suppliers, handling communications, stock, equipment and system updates while adapting to changing business needs.

Formación

• Experience in a similar role with excellent communication, organisation skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work to deadlines across multiple workstreams and as part of a team.
• Embraces technology, motivated to learn and improve effectiveness or efficiency.
• Responds constructively to change and shifting priorities or needs.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate learning logistics, including scheduling, venues, materials, communications and accommodation.
• Maintain clear communication with learners, managers, facilitators and stakeholders on activity and progression.
• Coordinate learning-related processes with internal departments and external suppliers.
• Administer learning technology and support system updates.
• Process purchase orders and invoices, maintaining budget tracking records.
• Support learning delivery across L&D projects and continuous improvement.
