Job summary

Stonegate Group in Birmingham is seeking an Academy Coordinator to coordinate learning and development activities across the business, ensuring a welcoming and safe academy environment. You will manage learning logistics, stock, and liaise with learners and managers to deliver effective programmes.

You will support learning delivery, adopt new systems, and uphold Stonegate's values while providing a professional visitor experience at the Academy.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role with excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail
• Able to meet deadlines across multiple workstreams and work well in a team
• Embraces technology and learning to improve efficiency
• Responds well to change and shifting priorities

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning logistics including scheduling, venues, materials and communications
• Maintain clear communication with learners, line managers, facilitators and stakeholders
• Administer learning technology and support system updates
• Process purchase orders and invoices with accurate budgeting
• Support learning delivery and projects across L&D for continuous improvement
• Act as Fire Marshal and first aider and ensure safety compliance in the Academy
