Job summary

CFA Institute in London is seeking a Learning Designer for Institutional Solutions to shape design across digital, live, and AI-enabled formats. You will govern quality, collaborate with SMEs and tech teams to deliver scalable education.

You will apply learning science and adult learning principles to guide instructional design decisions, content development, and learner pathways, while leveraging AI-powered tools for innovative solutions.

Qualifications

Experience designing digital learning products for professional education.
Experience leading online learning projects (MOOCs, enterprise learning).
Knowledge of learning science and adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

Shape the learning design approach across the Institutional Solutions portfolio, developing consistent methodologies and standards.
Own learning design governance and quality assurance across formats and audiences.
Design and develop interactive digital learning products and live learning experiences using evidence-based principles.
Design and facilitate instructor-led learning, including virtual and in-person workshops and cohort-based programmes.
