Job summary

Kelda Group Limited in Leeds is seeking a Learning Design Manager to lead the creation of engaging learning content that drives performance. The role blends in-office collaboration at Leeds Valley Park with hybrid working, in a full-time schedule of 37 hours per week, typically 8:00am–6:00pm.

The role offers a competitive salary circa £65,000-£70,000 with a car allowance (£7,200), annual incentive bonus up to 20%, private health care, and a strong pension scheme, supporting a proactive learning

Qualifications

• Strong design expertise and ability to translate complex information into learning content.
• Experience leading and coaching learning professionals and designers.
• Proven stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation of engaging, performance-driving learning content with measurable outcomes.
• Ensure learning is designed around clear outcomes and real-world application.
• Build capability for today and future skills through pathways and resources.
• Lead a team of four Learning Design Specialists to deliver on-brand, accessible solutions.
• Stay abreast of learning design, digital learning and AI-enabled approaches to continuously improve.
• Drive learning design to improve capability, confidence, compliance, and performance.
