Job summary

Amazon is seeking an innovative Learning Experience Designer to build AI-native learning solutions for thousands of European vendors. You will craft content across modalities and embed intelligent design within vendor workflows, not as standalone courses.

You will blend learning theory, product thinking, and AI to scale content, measure impact, and continuously improve the learning experience across marketplaces and languages.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience defining program requirements and managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Design learning content across modalities: eLearning, video, job aids, playlists, and in-tool content.
• Translate vendor processes into clear, accessible learning materials for multilingual Europe.
• Design learning products with embedded guidance, adaptive paths, and modular components.
• Work with AI as the default to draft, localize, and scale content.
• Structure content for machine consumption with metadata for AI tools and chatbots.
• Drive adoption and maintain content freshness across the portfolio.
