Job summary

John Sisk & Son is seeking a Learning Content Creator to design and develop engaging learning materials that support various training initiatives. You will work closely with subject matter experts to ensure that the content meets business needs and is effectively delivered through our LMS.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating learning experiences that are learner-focused and interactive, leveraging insights and research to enhance the effectiveness of learning paths.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in instructional design or digital learning content creation.
• Experience in generating creative solutions to meet business problems through digital content development.
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, effective learning experiences and blended learning assets tailored to training needs.
• Partner with SMEs across operations to create impactful learning experiences.
• Monitor learner feedback and refine content as required.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends in digital learning.
