Job summary

Balfour Beatty is seeking a Compliance Management Assistant to support the Learning and Development team on the MEH JV at Hinkley Point C. The role involves maintaining training records, coordinating updates with MEH JV partners and creating detailed onboarding instructions.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling data entry, managing CMS profiles and producing monthly training expiry reports for compliance purposes.

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel and Word and able to use other software

Responsibilities

• Maintain training records and manage course completion evidence
• Produce monthly training expiry reports
• Create role profiles in a CMS
• Upload new starter information to CMS
• Support with the L&D team mailbox and ad hoc reporting
