Job summary

Mactech Inspection Ltd. seeks a Learning Coordinator to support the NSA EPR Project Training Team at Hinkley Point C, Somerset. You will plan, administer and report on training activities, acting as a central contact for stakeholders and ensuring delivery plans stay on track.

You will maintain schedules, records and management information, providing visibility of demand, progress and risk to the Group Head and team. Proficiency with MS Office and LMS tools is expected.

Qualifications

• Stakeholder management demonstrated across project teams, contractors and external providers.
• Planning and coordinating schedules, actions and dependencies in busy projects.
• Structured administration and meticulous record keeping and follow-up.
• Ability to collect, validate and interpret information for concise reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication across stakeholders at different levels.
• Proficient with MS Office suite; experience with LMS or reporting tools is a plus.
• Experience in learning coordination, training administration or project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder relationship management:Develop and maintain effective relationships with project teams and providers; provide clear progress updates.
• Demand capture and coordination:Identify training requirements, confirm audience, volumes and timelines before adding to delivery plan.
• Delivery planning:Translate demand into short/medium term plans; coordinate dates, venues, equipment and learner needs.
• Scheduling and resource control:Maintain integrated training schedule and optimize use of instructors and rooms; escalate risks.
• Training administration:Handle bookings, joining details, attendance, completion evidence and records.
• Reporting and management information:Prepare weekly/monthly reports and dashboards; explain trends and risks.
• Meetings and action tracking:Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record decisions and follow up owners.
• Risk and issue management:Track risks and dependencies; work with owners on mitigations.
• Supplier and internal liaison:Coordinate with external providers and internal teams for consistent delivery.
