Job summary

Abound is seeking a Training Coordinator to plan, run and monitor training across Customer Service, Collections and Credit Operations, ensuring compliance with FCA obligations. You will work with QA, Training Manager and site managers to deliver effective programmes and onboarding for new starters.

You will maintain training records, develop materials, and liaise with external trainers, while managing timelines and budgets. Hybrid role with office presence in Milton Keynes.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating training, L&D or onboarding, ideally in a contact centre or financial services setting.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with confidence working with managers at all levels.
• Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate training across operational teams and new business lines.
• Develop or coordinate training materials, e-learning and job aids with SMEs.
• Maintain audit-ready training and competency records and ensure regulatory training is on time.
• Prepare MI on training completion and outcomes for leadership.
