City of Bristol College is seeking Learning Assistants to support students with learning difficulties and disabilities across multiple college centres. The role focuses on safe handovers, trauma-informed support, and collaboration with the ALS Department and curriculum teams.

• Assist in creating a cohesive support network with curriculum teams.

Responsibilities

• Support identified students with learning difficulties and disabilities throughout the day to promote safety and wellbeing.
• Ensure smooth handover at start and end of day to maintain continuity of care for vulnerable students.
• Collaborate with ALS Department and curriculum teams to deliver trauma-informed, inclusive support aligned with the College’s aspirations.
