Job summary

Bradford College is seeking a Learning Assistant to support students with disabilities and learning needs. You will assist in classrooms, on visits and residentials, and contribute to an inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• GCSE 5-9 or Level 2 qualification in Maths required or tested at interview.
• GCSE 5-9 or Level 2 qualification in English required or tested at interview.
• Level 2 Safeguarding is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-teaching support for students with disabilities and learning needs.
• Follow guidance from EHC Plans and Learning Support Agreements.
• Give verbal and written feedback on learner progress and accessibility.
• Assist in preparing teaching aids and materials.
