Strathmore College is recruiting a Teaching Assistant/Learning Support Assistant to join our Education team. The role supports across key stages, working with tutors to aid pupil work and behaviour, and building positive relationships with learners.

Based in a SEN college for ages 16–25, every learner has an individual programme focused on employability and independence. The post involves on-site work with community-based learning and placements, with a commitment to ongoing training and career

Qualifications

• We are looking for versatile, resilient and committed people who can adapt their practice to support across all key stages.
• The successful candidate will work alongside the class teacher, assisting pupils and supporting with behaviour while role modelling positive conduct.

• Working on site and off site accessing the community or on student work placements
