Recruiting human resources professionals in the commercial sector

I am currently recruiting for a Senior Learning & Development Advisor who is interested in a development role to a Business Partner for a well known brand based in Hertfordshire, a great business to join.

Reporting into the Head of HR you will lead on the L&D strategy and delivery, partnering with key stakeholders. You will have a key focus on delivering their Early Careers programme and supporting their performance review programme as well as supporting their early careers and talent and succession programmes.

• Performance Reviews are all completed
• Review training requests
• Design and deliver training
• Responsibility for the Early Careers programme
• Source training providers
• Support the HR team with Talent Management and Succession Planning

You will need the following experience:-

• Proven experience within a L&D role with experience of supporting Early Careers programmes such as apprenticeships and graduates
• Demonstrable experience of delivering performance review and talent succession programmes
• Strong interpersonal, adaptive. collaborative, communication and influencing skills

In return they offer a salary of £40-45,000 plus very good benefits.
