Purpose of the role
We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Partner to join our HR Support Services team at our Head Office in Solihull (B37 7YB), with UK travel required. You will be responsible for delivering training strategies, ensuring compliance, and supporting employee growth across the organization. This role offers an opportunity to influence learning initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders and external partners to enhance capability and career development.
Main Responsibilities
Ideal Candidate
A minimum of CIPD Level 3 qualification in Learning and Development and proven experience in a consultative or specialist L&D role are essential. Candidates should have a strong understanding of the full learning cycle, talent development strategies, and excellent stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems is required. Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment is necessary. Knowledge of apprenticeship schemes and industry standards is desirable; experience in construction or industrial sectors is a plus.
