The Role
We are looking for a Learning and Delivery Partner to support the delivery of high performing, engaged and diverse teams by leading on talent and development activities across PRS for Music.
The Learning and Development Partner will partner the business to review talent, interpret learning needs and to source, design and deliver high quality development interventions. You will manage relationships with key stakeholders and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and provide innovative solutions and manage learning projects in accordance to business needs as well as support an efficient, accurate and confidential L&D administration service to PRS for Music.

The Process
Our interview process for this role is simple:
First stage interview will take place virtually on MS Teams.
Second stage interview will take place in person at our London Bridge Hub.
We use competency-based questions within our interviews. This allows you to provide examples of situations where you have had to demonstrate the required skills relevant to the role you are applying for. To assist your preparation for interview, research the STAR method to aid bringing your examples to life.
Location
We offer a hybrid working model, allowing employees to work from home up to three days a week.
