Join our snack-loving team! We're looking for a Learning & Development Partner to join our team at KP Snacks. If you're passionate about creating impactful learning experiences and supporting employee growth, keep reading – this might be your next adventure!
In this role, you’ll collaborate with our L&D Lead, HR teams, and external partners to develop learning programs that build future-ready skills, including leadership, functional development, and early careers. You’ll be responsible for managing our talent development systems and ensuring continuous improvement through data insights.
You’ll lead key L&D projects, evaluate their effectiveness, and introduce innovative ideas to keep our approach fresh and inspiring. Your work will promote consistency in supporting and developing our people across all functions, while managing relationships with external learning providers.

What will you be doing?
Design and deliver innovative learning programmes across leadership, functional skills, and early careers to develop future-ready capabilities.
Lead key L&D projects from inception to completion, using creativity and data to create engaging development experiences that drive change.
Collaborate with HR, stakeholders, and external partners to develop practical, scalable solutions tailored to local and functional needs.
Utilize data and feedback to assess learning impact, demonstrate ROI, and continuously enhance our support for employees.
Stay informed on industry trends and bring new ideas into KP, expanding your knowledge and enriching our learning strategies.

We’d love to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following knowledge, skills, and experience:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, e-learning platforms, and early careers development, supported by a CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)
- Excellent organization, decision-making, and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects effectively
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing stakeholders, with strong relationship-building and communication skills
- A willingness to grow and develop in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative, people-focused attitude, supporting others with feedback and coaching, and representing KP Snacks with pride
