Job Summary
We are seeking an Internal Development Executive to join our People Team, supporting the coordination and delivery of our internal development framework and delivery model. This role emphasizes accountability, ownership, and collaboration, supporting local initiatives and implementing effective tools and processes, including a new Learning Management System (LMS).

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate internal development systems, enabling teams to implement training plans, host materials, and track progress.
  2. Support delivery of central development initiatives such as leadership programmes and onboarding.
  3. Implement and manage our LMS system and related processes.
  4. Track, report, and communicate development metrics and activities.
  5. Maintain quality development materials and assist in creating and hosting training plans.
  6. Administer and ensure the LMS is user-friendly and up-to-date.
  7. Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate on implementing changes.

About You

  • Experience managing multiple training programmes is preferred.
  • Strong planning, organisational, and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to create trusted information sources.
  • Tech-savvy, with previous LMS experience advantageous.
  • Proactive problem-solving and initiative-taking abilities.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing needs.
