Job Summary:
In this newly created role, we are looking for an Internal Development Executive to join our People Team supporting the coordination and delivery of our internal development framework and delivery model.
Corndel values accountability and ownership through our value of empowerment. We want our teams to be able to drive the processes and initiatives they need to in order to be successful, doing this in a collaborative way that brings others with them. We have centralised processes or systems where there are collective cross team or organisational needs and where these exist, they need to work to support local initiatives and activities.
As the business continues to grow, we are looking to implement effective tools and processes, coordinated through a new Learning Management System (LMS) that provide development support to our people, helping them to connect with the business’ purpose and in the delivery of their roles. In addition, there are cross business development needs we will support through the People team.
