Purpose of the role
We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Partner to join our HR Support Services team at our Solihull Head Office (B37 7YB), with UK travel required. You will be responsible for delivering training strategies, ensuring compliance, and supporting staff development across the organization.
Main Responsibilities
Collaborate with business leaders to identify training needs, manage training requests, support the implementation of L&D strategies, evaluate training effectiveness, manage relationships with training providers, support apprenticeship and graduate programs, and maintain training records aligned with our Learning Management System. Contribute to improving L&D processes and policies.
Ideal Candidate
Must have a CIPD Level 3 qualification in Learning and Development, proven experience in a consultative or specialist L&D role, strong understanding of the full learning cycle, excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems, and experience managing multiple projects. Knowledge of apprenticeship schemes and experience in construction or industrial sectors are advantageous.
