Job Title: Learning and Development Partner
Head Office Location: Brindley Place, Birmingham
Job Location: B1 2HZ
Salary - £33,400 - £41,800 (+£750 Car Allowance) per annum
Contract type – Permanent
Working hours – Full Time
Closing Date – Friday 17th June

About the role
Working in partnership with stakeholders to provide proactive learning and development solutions that enable effective people management, improved employee engagement and the provision of a robust learning and development offering across all business areas.
Proactively engaging, educating, and supporting the business in identifying learning needs and subsequent design, training delivery and evaluation of relevant learning solutions.
Creating new eLearning when required using Articulate software, reviewing and amending existing content on the LMS ensuring it’s relevant to support learning and development programmes for the business.
Overseeing and supporting the L&D function to manage and develop the organisation’s Apprenticeship plans.
Supporting the development, implementation and embedding of talent management across the business, to meet future and changing business needs
