A growing, multi-site hospitality business is looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead training and development initiatives across a diverse portfolio of pubs and inns. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and deliver engaging L&D strategies that support a culture of continuous growth, great service, and strong team engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Designing and delivering high-impact training and development programmes
  • Leading coaching sessions and supporting leadership capability across sites
  • Managing learning systems and creating accessible, engaging learning content
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and apprenticeship pathways
  • Conducting training needs analysis to drive performance and engagement
  • Championing a people-first approach across the business

What We’re Looking For

  • Solid background in L&D, ideally within hospitality, retail, or a fast-paced service sector
  • Confident communicator and coach with the ability to inspire others
  • Excellent organisational skills and a proactive, hands-on mindset
  • Willingness to travel regularly to sites across the UK
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a people-focused environment
