About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Learning & Development Manager to join our team. This on-site role involves working five days a week at our factory, supporting growth and success within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise trainers responsible for on-the-job training, providing structured guidance
• Develop engaging management training programs tailored to organizational needs
• Identify non-conformances and implement training to ensure corrective actions and compliance
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulations
• Collaborate with relevant departments to maintain compliance and foster teamwork

About You

The ideal candidate has experience in Food Compliance & Safety, thrives in a factory setting, and possesses leadership and strategic planning skills. Experience in food manufacturing and training development is highly desirable.

• Relevant Degree or CIPD Qualification
