A leading global healthcare communications agency seeks a Learning & Development Specialist to enhance employee growth through strategic learning initiatives. This remote role involves designing learning solutions, managing content, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure impactful learning experiences.
Location: UK (Remote)
The Lucid Group Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist plays a key role in delivering high-quality, scalable learning experiences across the business. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that supports the successful implementation of strategic L&D priorities. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand learning needs, curate and deliver engaging content, manage learning operations, and ensure a smooth, impactful learner experience.
This role offers the opportunity to be involved in a range of initiatives across the employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on Talent Development, supporting our employee’s growth, confidence, and capabilities needed for the future.
