Learning & Development (L&D) Consultant – Professional Services Agency

Location: Manchester – Hybrid (3 days in office)

The Company

My client is an established professional services recruitment agency/consultancy, supporting businesses globally to find experts across multiple industries.

They are looking to hire a third person to join their Manchester team, working with a cohort to develop consultants from rookies to team leads.

This role is ideal for a recruiter passionate about mentorship, learning, and development, viewing L&D as a natural next step in their career.

The Role

As an L&D Consultant, you will:

• Design and deliver L&D solutions via classroom, desk-based training, 121 coaching, and live call coaching
• Handle training administration, planning, coordination with management, and conduct needs analysis
• Provide verbal feedback to managers and stakeholders on trainee progress
• Assist the Talent Attraction team with onboarding, providing proactive feedback to enhance retention
• Manage training programs end-to-end, analyzing and reporting on their effectiveness

What we are looking for

• A recruiter with at least 3+ years of successful experience, demonstrated through billings or promotions
• Experience in mentoring or training, with exposure to coaching groups and individuals
• Background as a 360 recruiter or extensive experience in training consultants in Business Development
