Learning and Development (L&D) Consultant – Professional Services Agency

Location: Manchester – Hybrid (3 days in office)

About the Company

My client is an established professional services recruitment agency/consultancy, supporting businesses in finding experts across multiple industries globally.

They are looking to hire a third team member in Manchester to develop consultants from entry-level to team leads.

This role is ideal for a recruiter passionate about mentorship, learning, and development, viewing L&D as a natural career progression.

Role Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver L&D solutions via classroom, desk-based, 121 coaching, and live call coaching.
  • Coordinate training administration, planning, and needs analysis with management.
  • Provide verbal feedback to managers and stakeholders on trainee progress.
  • Assist the Talent Attraction team with onboarding, providing proactive feedback to improve retention.
  • Manage training programs end-to-end, including analysis and reporting on effectiveness.

Candidate Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of recruitment experience with demonstrated success through billings or promotions.
  • Experience in mentoring, training, and coaching groups and individuals.
  • Extensive experience as a 360 recruiter or training consultants in Business Development.
