ANTAVO CRM CONSULTANT

• 6-MONTH CONTRACT
• FULLY REMOTE (Must be based in UK)

I'm working with a leading Martech consultancy that has recently secured a new project with a major client in the hospitality sector. They are seeking a high-calibre Antavo CRM Consultant to lead the programme and oversee delivery.

About the role

The ideal candidate will be a confident product owner with extensive Antavo expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a consultative approach. You will collaborate with internal CRM teams, support campaign activities, manage the Antavo platform, ensure smooth API integrations, and help align the loyalty infrastructure with a broader points-based system introduced through a company merger.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Product Owner for Antavo, managing the platform’s roadmap and performance
• Ensure effective API integrations and troubleshoot connectivity issues
• Support CRM teams in executing promotions and campaigns via Antavo
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a comparable currency alongside a group-level points system
• Provide strategic guidance to optimize and scale loyalty programmes
• Identify upsell opportunities and recommend strategic enhancements
• Coordinate with internal and external teams for seamless delivery

Requirements

• Experience with Antavo is essential
• Strong knowledge of API integrations and platform connectivity
• Proven ability to act as a hands-on product owner with strategic insight
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and team support
• Previous consulting or client-facing experience is advantageous
• Exposure to Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently while leading others
