Learning and Development (L&D) Consultant – Professional Services Agency

Location: Woking, United Kingdom (Hybrid: 3 days in office)

Company: An established professional services recruitment agency supporting global industries.

Role Overview: Join a growing Manchester team to develop consultants from rookies to team leads, with a focus on mentorship, learning, and development.

  • Design and deliver L&D solutions via classroom, desk-based, 121 coaching, and live call coaching.
  • Coordinate training administration, planning, and needs analysis.
  • Provide feedback to managers on trainee progress.
  • Support onboarding processes to enhance retention.
  • Manage training programs and analyze their effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of recruitment experience with success in billings or promotions.
  • Experience in mentoring, training, and coaching (group and 121).
  • Background as a 360 recruiter or extensive experience training consultants in Business Development.
